
Gwen Moore is a Registered Nurse and a Health and Wellness Coach.
Gwen's path to true wellness all began when she enrolled in a health improvement program. On the program, Gwen's cholesterol went from 236 to 171 in a matter of 30 days! Eating wholesome foods and a commitment to walking daily is all it took. Her weight stabilized and she began to feel the healthiest she had ever felt in her life! She learned that through eating well, chronic health conditions like diabetes, heart disease, cancer, obesity, and the gamut of digestive disorders are not only preventable but are also reversible.
Gwen pursued her interest in health and wellness and became a Registered Nurse. She earned her health coaching certificate from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where she studied holistic health, including foundational nutrition principles, nutrition science, and over 100 dietary theories, as well as innovative coaching methods. She also has extensive experience working on national disease prevention efforts and on numerous public health campaigns.
